Position Description Summary/Overview:

This individual will be a member of the ARIAD Commercial team and will provide logistical and project management support to the brand team in the development and preparation of all pre-launch and launch initiatives for Ponatinib.

Support Marketing:

- Working with brand team to develop overall time lines for POA deliverables
+ Coordinate production timelines and field distribution of materials
- Working with brand team to manage all insertion orders and resizing of advertisements
+ Coordinate production timelines with media planner and advertising agency
- Working with brand team to manage all medical congresses/meetings
+ Provide logistical support for all medical congresses
+ Work with professional societies to contract booth space
+ Work with exhibit vendor for shipping and set up of booth and all collateral material

Support Internal Processes, including:

- Scheduling and coordination of all Med/Legal/Reg reviews
- Master Service Agreements, New Vendor Forms, & Confidentiality Agreements
- Physician consulting agreements

Commercial Budget Support:

- Support team in processing all SOWs and generating POs
- Assist in tracking and processing monthly invoices
- Provide monthly budget reports / summaries
- Update budgets and conduct monthly reconciliations with finance to reflect actual vs estimated spend

Requirements

Experiences Desired

- Strong analytic and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skills
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
- Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience is preferred
