We have an opening for an International Product Marketing Manager who will have responsibility for the development and execution of tactical programs for assigned Nexus Dx Instrument and Disposables products or product line(s) sold in Europe, Asia/Pacific, and Rest of World (ROW). This role segments the market in these regions/countries and establishes product positioning and selling strategies for targeted customer segments. The successful candidate will create programs, promotions and collateral materials to enhance sales effectiveness, satisfy customer needs and meet company financial goals. S/he will also collaborate with business unit marketing counterparts to provide input to portfolio planning and product design. Responsibilities: - Segments market and develops product positioning, messaging and selling strategies for each product by segment - Develops marketing plans for assigned products to support annual operating plan and guide new product launches. Assesses financial impact of marketing plan and provides data to support management approval - Creates and launches programs and collateral material in line with established marketing plans. This includes packaging, sales brochures, customer presentations, customer and patient educational materials, competitive analyses, website updates, tradeshows etc. - Tracks and analyzes sales performance and financial data related to products and adjusts plans where appropriate - Meets with customers in target and potential segments to assess satisfaction with products and programs and to identify opportunities - Develops key opinion leaders with potential as early adopters, speakers, references advisors, etc - Monitors utilization and effectiveness of sales programs and tools to identify needs for new materials, added training etc. - Participates in sales training at national and regional meetings and in trade shows - Provides voice of customer and international commercial team input to business unit portfolio planning process, product design and other strategic initiative plans Requirements - BS or BA degree required, MBA preferred |
