Job Description:  Develop and execute successful commercial strategies for ADVATE.
Work with KOLs and other key stakeholders to positively position ADVATE as treatment of choice.
Develop and update product forecasts
Lead periodic competitive analysis in the rFVIII. Profile key competitors through in-depth analysis of primary, secondary and/or syndicated data and work with sales to compile competitive activity by territory/account.

1. Develop strategic marketing direction for product lines and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies. Oversee development of product level marketing plans.
2. Develop and implement division level marketing programs across product lines.
3. Provide marketing input into Business Development initiatives throughout evaluation.
4. Create environment or need for competitive intelligence data.
5. Contribute to strategic plan development and coordinate input and efforts of product management.
6. Strategically use customer advocates to reinforce key messages.
7. Serve as a liaison between marketing, reimbursement and Government Affairs.

Requirements

1. Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen.
2. Solid track record in leading projects to successful completion and leading experienced teams (internal and external resources).
3. Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data.
4. Ability to develop and execute communication plans, messaging and branding campaigns.

Minimum 8 -10 years of product marketing in pharmaceutical/biologics industry.
BS/BA required, MBA preferred.
Strong quantitive skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data into actionable items.
New product launch experience.
Able to successfully work in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, including presenting concepts and ideas in a clear, succinct, organized manner
