Brand Director, Hematologic Services Job Description The Brand Director, Hematologic Services is responsible for the product and product lifecycle management of the Genoptix hematologic diagnostic services. This position coordinates the efforts between the HQ in Carlsbad, the marketing and sales team as well as with payer access team to generate demand and develop the value proposition, develop and deliver the brand promise across all Genoptix client segments. Responsibilities in Detail Develops and manages the value proposition, and messaging across all hematologic services across all customer segments Manages the product lifecycle, including new product launches, existing product line extensions, and discontinuations Supports finance to set revenue forecasts Coordinates with all functions across the organization to maintain commercialization efforts and execute on forecasted revenue Coordinates with hospital, key account functions to deliver tailored solutions Monitors, measures and reports market trends that affect the hematologic business and/or may result in new product opportunities Independently, and in coordination with the CTO, monitors the literature, conferences for new trends and developments Participates in strategic initiatives to identify, fulfill new commercialization opportunities Coordinates with training to properly train and educate sales force Independently, and in coordination with payer access team, PR, marketing and KOLs, creates demand generation strategies Aligns internal stakeholders in Genoptix and other Novartis affiliates to maximize value for GXDX/NVS Requirements Minimum requirements |
