This position is accountable for Global Scientific Publication/Information strategy for specific product(s). The incumbent: - provides leadership and expertise in publication planning and execution for product team(s) - establishes and drives realistic publication timelines - delivers strategic and tactical publication plans - coordinates efficient Medical Information capabilities across international countries Experience managing teams Experience in a matrix environment Thorough knowledge of drug development process Experience in and detailed understanding of the publication process including ethical concerns Advanced scientific analysis and technical skills Superb oral and written communication skills Computer skills (Microsoft Office) Experience managing vendors and contractors Requirements Doctoral degree in life sciences with minimal 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry. |
