The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the commercial development of Clolar/Evoltral, the development and implementation of the global marketing plan and the prioritization and support of launches for new indications and in new markets. Responsibilities include working closely with the Sanofi US, Europe, and International product teams on the development and implementation of product marketing plans, and supporting product training focusing on the current indication as third line treatment of pediatric ALL patients. Senior Marketing Manager will work with BMRA on the clinical development of Clolar as induction therapy for older AML patients and with Medical Affairs on the investigation as a component of autologous transplantation. Position is responsible for all aspects of strategic commercial planning for Clolar/Evoltra Provides commercial input to the Project Lead, Commercial Lead and the Global Product Team and participates in the commercial subteam Manages the extended marketing team Develops and executes Global Clolar/Evoltra marketing tactical plan Develops and manages global marketing budget for Clolar/Evoltra Provides input on the sales forecast for the current year and long range plan Manages advertising and other support agencies in developing promotional materials and other collateral items, sees materials from concept through the approval process Works closely with cross functional colleagues in market research, medical affairs and other departments to understand and meet the needs of our customers Participates in advisory board meetings with key physicians and nurses; develop positive relationships with new and existing Key Opinion Leaders (MD and RN) Develops Sanofi Oncology medical conference strategy for Clolar/Evoltra Participates in developing ongoing training for Sanofi Oncology U.S., EU and International marketing managers and sales teams Optimizes relationships with patient advocacy groups and other relevant parties Works with the global access team to ensure that patients have appropriate access to Clolar/Evoltra Works with Medical Affairs, BMRA and regulatory on the clinical and commercial development of Clolar/Evoltral including negotiation of product labeling as basis for promotional claims Collaborates with other Sanofi Oncology product teams to leverage the product portfolio Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or life sciences |
