The Marketing Communication Workflow Specialist coordinates the review and approval of Branded and Non-branded Communications in support of the CF Franchise. Provides support for Communications Review Committee (CRC) Process, including; submission through final approval, production, fulfillment and file archiving. Guide marketing and other key functions through the CRC submission, scheduling and routing of promotional, educational and training materials.
This position will report to the Director, Marketing Operations. This position is the liaison between the Marketing/Brand teams and the CRC Team (comprised of Medical, Legal and Regulatory leadership). This role will also need to work effectively across other key functions within Commercial (i.e. Field Training, Sales, Managed Markets, etc.) as well as other key corporate functions.
Traffic/workflow coordination Communicate with Ad agencies and other key vendors Administer the Marketing Operations Management System (Assetlink) Establish workflow timelines and milestones Reviews documents to ensure conformity with SOP and other group processes Identify opportunities for process improvement Supports brand and advertising agencies on promotional material review Production Support file preparation for submission to DDMAC/FDA Release projects for print production and/or electronic delivery Communicate with print production resources to support production and distribution planning activities
Archiving Support file preparation for record retention Ensures all documentation and associated components of final approved projects are stored Develop workflow and implement guidelines for file sharing in support of global programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related discipline with knowledge of advertising or marketing and 2+ years related trafficking experience in advertising, publishing, and/or medical education Knowledgeable of agency creative language and promotional phrasing Understands pre-press, print production and distribution activities Understands promotional approval process and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical marketing Strong communication (written and verbal) and organization skills Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines, FDA/DDMAC regulatory issues relevant to advertising and promotions
