Job Description:  Work in conjunction with the Oncology Global Organization to ensure US Market needs integrated in all investment decisions for oncology/hematology pipeline products.
Initiate launch planning activities or all late stage pipeline assets to ensure organization launch readiness including: market analysis, product positioning, messaging, forecasting, life cycle management, organizational sizing, KTL identification and development
Support Business Development team in the identification and valuation of potential deals. Ensure all opportunities are aligned with BU and company strategic objectives and fully vetted through US Sr. Leadership.
Ensure oncology pipeline communications maximized and competitive in the Oncology market, to include coordination of New Products booth at key congresses, web-site management and additional venues as identified.
Demonstrate role specific competencies on consistent basis
Demonstrate company values on consistent basis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, life sciences or equivalent
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Hematology or Oncology Marketing experience preferred

Experience:
Successful track record in marketing with minimum of 5 years experience
Must be able to analyze business problems, to proactively identify key issues, develop strategic solutions, implement tactical programs
Ability to strategize with clinical data to develop relevant communication
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, influence and lead
Evidence of good analytical skills, project planning and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional groups made up of one or more of the following: Marketing, Sales, Trade, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Market Research, Life Cycle Management or Finance
Experience working with agency to develop creative brief based on key market research; identification of meaningful consumer insights. Ability to match customer insights with tactics.
Agency Management: Experience directly managing agencies (including development of agency's annual Scope of Work, budget, hours to complete tasks, and reconciliation) a plus
Regulatory: Working knowledge of DDMAC, FDA approval process, and clinical claims substantiation in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry
