Job description
In this role you will be responsible for leadership of Regorafenib launch
brand indications in order to achieve value targets for portfolio and commercialization
preparedness of brands therein. You will act as the Global voice for all countries for the
assigned launch brand indications, including membership of the GLT, development of core
claims and target profile. In addition, this role develops customer oriented pre-marketing
platforms that maximize the value of our brands and effectively support country pre-marketing
efforts. You will generate commercial and market validated assumptions to provide clear
asset valuation and driving rapid development decisions.

Major tasks and responsibilities
Ensures effective development and implementation of market and commercial strategies for
Regorafenib launch brand indications, including delivery and execution of high quality
commercialization plans.
Leads consolidation and interpretation of market understanding of the brand therapeutic
landscape along the value chain providing analytical and strategic leadership to ensure
effective joined up commercial recommendations within the context of the broader portfolio
strategy.
Overall responsibility for coordinating country input into GLT relating to assigned launch
brand indication, ensuring insight driven
Global Brand Plan for assigned indication and ensuring country operational marketing
activities support global brand strategies.
Ensures effective monitoring of Launch Readiness for the assigned launch brand indication,
across key countries represented on GLT and also for the Regional Marketing Organizations.
Partners with GLT Head to develop business strategy for the brand, including responsibility
for global positioning and marketing of assigned launch brand indications.
Works with GLT Head to provide commercial direction to Research and Development via
input into the HPR process.
Responsibility for promoting commercial rigour in delivering prioritization strategies for the
brand and ensuring up-to-date
commercial evaluations of assigned brand indications.

Requirements

Qualifications
Graduate education required
Postgraduate qualification PhD, MBA, or other preferred
5+ years Operational Sales / Marketing experience
5 -10 years Oncology-related commercial experience
2 - 3 years International Strategic Brand Management
At least 3 years of the above listed experience at a managerial level
Launch experience and/or experience of managing brand lifecycle
Excellent Communication Skills Written and Verbal English Language
Demonstrated Cross-Functional Leadership Capabilities :
