Job responsibilites: Provide market analytics, business analytics, and marketing operations support to Flu & Specialty Vaccines Marketing team. Products supported are Fluvirin (and future Flu vaccine products), RabAvert, Ixiaro. * Analyze internal and syndicated data sets to provide regular updates on key business measures such as sales, growth and market share by customer segment * Provide ad-hoc analytics support for new vaccine launches * Build and maintain 5 year strategic planning / forecast models for supported brands * Provide marketing execution support - e.g. promotional materials management, congresses and conventions, market research execution * Manage team budget process - monthly accruals, ongoing cost center management, accounts payable processes and issue escalation Key performance indicators: * Requested analytics completed with accuracy and timeliness * Trends in the business identified proactively (e.g. growth or losses in key customer segments, competitor gains, changes in customer ordering patterns) * Team budget and cost centers on track, accruals submitted on time, invoices paid on time * Bachelors degree in business, economics, math, science, or engineering preferred * Minimum 2+ years experience in analytical role - e.g. consulting, finance, analytics * Healthcare experience a plus Requirements See Job Description |
