Marketing Manager Central New Jersey A growth oriented, highly successful Biotech Company (and Contract Research Organization CRO), with a history of Promotion from within is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team in our South Plainfield headquarters location. The focus of this Position is to lead the global marketing team supporting the company in domestic and international markets. Responsibilities: 1.Lead the development of the global marketing strategy that will deliver financial results and increase brand awareness. 2.Define and execute the online marketing and branding strategy for the company. 3.Proactively work with Product Managers and business unit Leaders in developing their global and/or domestic value propositions. 4.Develop and execute the companys ecommerce and social media strategy. 5.Manage Product Management, Market Research, Public Relations and Online Marketing teams. 6.Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing and promotional efforts. Total compensation includes a base pay depending upon the candidates specific work experience and overall qualifications; with potential for bonuses based upon the Employees and Companys performance.
