Job Description:  The Manager of Marketing Services will work closely with the product marketing team and is responsible for overseeing the development, production, storage and dissemination of all Depomed collateral selling materials as well as managing all aspects of Depomeds meetings and convention activities. This person will manage two coordinators, one whose primary responsibility is to facilitate the APL process and interface with external advertising and communications agencies, and the other one to facilitate the activities associated with all meetings and conventions.

Essential Functions
Manage, schedule and chair Advertising, Promotional and Labeling (APL) committee meetings
oAPL process including initiating, circulating, scheduling, monitoring, and closing PCCRs, as needed, for sales training, and Marketing-generated manuals and materials
oCommunicate with ad agency, as well as commercial partners to incorporate APL comments into review materials
oResponsible for final proofing of all materials to ensure all comments from APL have been captured prior to approving materials for final production and release to the field.
oWork with Regulatory Affairs to submit final materials to FDA/DDMAC
Meeting planning management including planning and execution of national/local conventions and advisory meetings. Responsible for internal meeting communications, registration, marketing sponsorships arrangement, meeting logistics, exhibit properties and graphics
Coordinate Launch Team meeting responsible for meeting management including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute development & distribution
Help facilitate Launch Playbook management with outside vendor; making sure all cross-functional teams are informed of updates/challenges and critical deadlines
Manage and maintain relevant contracts, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, and invoices are processed correctly and in a timely fashion, and maintaining orderly records of all contracts, purchase orders and invoices
Responsible for up-to-date state licenses to ensure commercial product distribution compliance
Manage the internal paperwork/electronic approval processes; develop guideline for team to streamline these processes (i.e. AMCP dossier development & review, Sales Training Module development & review)
Monitor production and distribution of promotional materials; oversee activities of third party inventory warehouse/fulfillment service
Manage outside vendor relations including trade marketing vendor, 3PL distribution vendor, graphic design firm, ad agency and data analytics company
Review billings and invoices related to commercial projects for accuracy

Requirements

BA/BS or applicable experience
Five or more years increasing Commercial/Marketing Operations responsibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Have a good understanding of the promotional materials creation process in Pharma.
Ability to work independently and take lead role on assigned projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Aptitude for building positive working relationships
Excellent multitasking skills
Demonstrated expertise in project management
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
Strong competency in automated project/budget tracking systems
