Avant Healthcare Marketing (Avant) is a leader in peer-to-peer marketing for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, creating comprehensive communication strategies and plans that deliver superior medical and health education to healthcare professionals across multiple channels.
The Account Executive is the bridge between the client and their project needs. This individual leads the project team to meet the client’s strategic objectives, serves as the trusted advisor to the client, and must have a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction as well as knowledge of the client’s product. The Account Executive must have a thorough understanding of all services and products that Avant Healthcare Marketing provides so they may serve a client’s specific requests. The Account Executive is in a position of leadership within the organization and requires the ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple accounts and projects. For the client, the Account Executive is an extension of the brand team and helps them implement various marketing activities. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, partnering with Avant colleagues, and individual performance. The Account Executive must have a strategic mindset and be objective driven, organized, and proactive; must have the ability to work well under pressure; and must have a strong ability to multitask. |
