As a Marketing Managerfor the Custom Biotech, you willdevelop and execute strategy and tacticsin alignmentwith Roche Applied Scienceplans and objectives. You will leadand support all marketing related activities for Custom Biotech focusing on Pharma/Biotech, Stem Cell Research, and targeted Tissue dissociation for development of new treatments. To be successful in this role you will:
* Drive the process for the business area annual operating plan; development and implementation of tactics through program management and cycle meetings; evaluation of tactics performance with metrics through business reviews; and effective utilization and communication with internal partners and/or external agencies.
* Manage the execution of marketing programs, messaging, collateral, advertisement and training.
* Translate market and customer requirements into product solutions and drive the implementation in global teams.
* Manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and external collaborators.
* Establish and lead key marketing initiatives such as global and local business teams, congresses, trade shows, white papers, add campaigns, educational material.
* Work with the head of Marketing, global partners, business development and local sales teams to create continuously alignment for business strategy and tactics.
* Collaborate with sales management to develop and execute creative sales and marketing programs and to support the sales teams in reaching their sales goals.
* Manages resources and budget to target for all assigned programs with proactive communication on issues and opportunities.
* Advises and manages stakeholders by reporting on special projects, business challenges and opportunities to senior management.
* Manage and support the Custom Biotech product line includingforecasting, pricing, back-orders management, and launch management implementation.Work with functional groups in the US and global organizations.
* Instill leadership through others by acting as a role model to drive impactful business solutions and positive change, encouraging, motivating and empowering others and helping others to success.
Seeking for candidates residing in Indianapolis, IN or willing to relocate to this location Requirements You also
* Have a Requires a Bachelors Degree preferably in Life Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Have 5+ years marketing/sales experience in life science industry.
* Have 2 years of marketing experience.
* Have experience or knowledge in tissue dissociation and pharma manufacturing.
* Are able to drive multiple projects with multiple priorities is essential; as is the ability to strategically think through complex opportunities.
* Strong interpersonal; skills and demonstrated effectiveness leading in a team environment across multiple disciplines and functions, and with external partners.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including presentation skills.
