MediMedia Managed Markets (a division of MediMedia USA) is a growing advertising and communications agency with an expertise across all segments in managed markets. MediMedia Managed Markets is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our expanding team who is a creative and strategic thinker to establish, build, and maintain strong client relationships.
Job Description: The Account Supervisor is responsible for the management of assigned business including an understanding of the brand and its managed market position, providing strategic consultation through research and development of customized marketing communication programs designed to meet the payer marketing objectives, and implementation of the payer plan. In addition, the Account Supervisor maintains regular and frequent contact with the pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities: ' Ability to build product-related managed markets strategies with bio-pharmaceuticals clients ' Participates in the development of advertising and promotional recommendations to achieve marketing objectives ' Participates in the promotional planning process and manages daily execution of approved promotional plans ' Assumes lead role in the presentation of agency work ' Manages agency team to perform at most effective and responsible level ' Demonstrates an understanding of the brand and therapeutic class, participating when appropriate, in strategy meetings ' Manages growth and development of Account Executive and Program Manager as appropriate ' Maintains client contact on a daily basis with clients and has an understanding of client culture and structure ' Partner with client to exceed expectations and develop new opportunities through organic growth
Requirements/Qualifications: ' Ability to manage numerous, complex programs in various stages of life cycle ' An in-depth understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry and the managed markets ' High-level service skills, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills ' Highly organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively ' A minimum of 5 years' relevant job experience in a managed markets health care communications/agency environment ' Knowledge of the pharmaceutical /healthcare environments with an emphasis on account management skills ' Must be willing to travel ' Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Power Point, Work, Excel, Access, Outlook
