MediMedia Managed Markets (a division of MediMedia USA) is a growing advertising and communications agency with an expertise across all segments in managed markets. MediMedia Managed Markets is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our expanding team who can help to establish, build, and maintain strong client relationships.
Job Description: The Senior Account Executive will concurrently manage all aspects of multiple healthcare communications projects for assigned clients. The Sr. Account Executive will work with senior account management for implementation of appropriate tactics for assigned clients, and will help to drive development and execution of all account initiatives, servicing as a main client contact.
Responsibilities: ' Manage and exceed client expectations for all facets of project management, tactical development and project execution ' Provide day-to-day management and ongoing communications to the client and to internal teams regarding strategic program planning, material development and project implementation ' Work with Account Vice President, Project Management and Finance to ensure client programs are implemented with strategic insight and exceptional service within time/budget allocations ' Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare industry/managed markets industry ' Liaise with assigned Project Manager to coordinate logistical facets of program development, execution and budget management as appropriate ' Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials and, as appropriate, develop best practices protocols to facilitate such quality control
Requirement/Qualifications: ' Ability to manage numerous, complex programs in various stages of life cycle ' High-level service skills, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills ' Highly organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively ' A minimum of 3+ years' relevant job experience and/or experience in a health care communications/agency environment ' Knowledge of the pharmaceutical /healthcare environments with an emphasis on account management skills ' Must be willing to travel (Northern NJ/NYC Metro area) ' Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Power Point, Work, Excel, Access, Outlook
