Job description

Supports VP with commercial leadership and strategy for the life cycle management (LCM) of brands by leading the development of Brand and Launch plans that will enable successful achievement of volume and revenue targets and overall business objectives. Supports VP as Subject matter Expert for the LCM brands. The project focus is a Women's health care compound currently in Phase III of development.

Lead the Strategic development and implementation of the brand strategy for a Phase III Women's Health Care compound scheduled for launch within the next 24 months. Direct development and execution of the 3-year Operational brand plan, modifying plan as needed, Life Cycle Management plan, pricing and ensuring alignment of customer marketing teams with brand strategy.

Spear-head the selection and management of various financial, controlling and forecasting tools tied to business performance and ROI for
the assigned brands ensuring world class brand building, market share penetration and growth.

Manage the marketing P&L for the brand.

Leverage support for brand initiatives through sound rationale and convincing arguments.

Oversee market research activities, ensures research learnings are optimized accordingly.

Advance critical regional US interests on Global Brand teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 10+ years experience in pharmaceuticals
3. 5+ years marketing experience
4. Track record of strong brand growth and financial performance
Preferred
a. MBA
b. US product launch
c. Womens Health experience
d. Consumer driving promotional campaigns, including DTC (TV, emedia,
etc.)
