| Job Description: |
* Drive ex-US strategy for P&L growth of the inhalation franchise.
* Develop growth strategies for Global Anesthesia and Critical Care (GACC) business and participate in Business Development activities.
* Optimize Lifecycle Management activities and programs.
* Oversee global product pricing strategies and develop relevant tools/materials/programs to the regions/countries
* Establish commercial management relationships to ensure alignment with global vision/strategy.
* Provide marketing support to all selected countries & regions to grow business.
* Commercial credibility to transfer knowledge by sharing best practices & key learning throughout the regions.
* Lead classical marketing activities such as Strategic Plan & budget elaboration, market research, segmentation and powerhouse for regional/ country teams.
* Lead annual operational processes including Worldwide Product Planning, Long Range Planning, Organizational Inventory and Budgeting process.
* Lead and develop staff, driving increased productivity while motivating employees. Ensures appropriate development and succession plans are in place
* Participates and is a member of the GACC Global Leadership Team driving fact based decisions, requirements, plans and accomplishments and business trends. Requirements **Baxter is only considering local candidates for this opportunity**
Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years progressive marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
* Expertise in the perioperative / critical care sector is required.
* Global experience is required.
* P&L responsibility is required.
* Background in strategic planning including pricing strategies, commercial and product management experience is required.
