Scientific Proof Reader/ Production Associate
Job Description:
A global Life Sciences consultancy, with offices in London, New Jersey, San Francisco, New Delhi and Beijing has an opening for a permanent and fulltime scientific proof reader based out of their Northern NJ office. The work will include: Grammar and syntax QC of client deliverables including Word reports and PowerPoint presentations Formatting of client deliverables including Word reports and PowerPoint presentations ensuring the corporate style is adhered to Editing scientific and commercial content ensuring inconsistencies and inaccuracies are noted The management of data (respondent interviews, contacts, literature etc.) being entered into the Knowledge Management System Grammar and syntax QC of sales and marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, whitepapers and websites
Working Hours
The position will require the candidate to work from our office located in Northern New Jersey. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.30pm

All candidates must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced PowerPoint skills will be viewed as an advantage as will editorial experience. Prior experience in marketing communications in a pharmaceutical organization is a plus.
Candidates will demonstrate highly developed organizational skills, excellent professional communication skills, be self-driven, have the ability to meet and adjust to rapidly changing timelines, be capable of multitasking very diverse tasks, work effectively in a team environment, reliable, and preferably have experience interacting with teams. The candidate should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and submit a current resume with cover letter explaining why they are suitable for the position. The cover letter should indicate current salary history. Scientific writing experience is a plus.
