Our Global Grain Processing group is looking for a dynamic graduate to join our:
Sales and Marketing Development Program Grain Processing
As a Sales and Marketing Associate you will join a talented team at our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location, focused on providing applied innovation excellence and technical service to customers within the grain processing (GP) arena. This program is designed to give graduates the skills and experience required to be successful leaders for the future.
Our GP Development Program will involve rotations through three departments. You will contribute to demanding business tasks in our Innovation Laboratory, Technical Service and Marketing Teams. In each rotation, you can expect to work on specific projects for 6-9 months that will enhance the technical service delivery to our Grain Processing customers.
You will have a structured program with key deliverables in each rotation. Your first rotation will be in our Applied Innovation Center. Your second or third rotations could be in marketing, technical service or in sales. One of the assignments will be abroad. This is a demanding program that will allow you to fully engage with the respective business units and learn more about the technical requirements of our customers. An assigned mentor will work with you for the duration of the program. Upon successful completion of the rotations; Genencor will offer you a position within Sales or Marketing. Requirements -BS/MS in Science, MBA/BA in Business or BS/MS in Engineering -Ability to demonstrate technical aptitude -Entry level industrial experience through internship or co-op programs -Problem Solving skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Strong team player and self-starter with good organizational skills
