Job Description: 

Develop and execute strategic marketing plan for the Halle Germany franchise.

Baxter BioPharma Solutions (BPS) offers commercial manufacturing services for injectable and high potency drugs to a broad range of pharma clients across the globe.

The goal of the Marketing Manager position is to lead development and execution of the marketing plan; supporting new business objectives as well as maintenance of base business for the Halle Franchise. Important to this role is an ability to influence a wide range of customers and team members associated with the BPS franchise.

Develop targeted value propositions for the franchise and identify future differentiation opportunities.

Lead pricing strategy development for the Halle franchise and ensure sales execution.

Lead marketing and deal development efforts as it relates to the contract manufacturing of targeted molecules for the Halle franchise and support the sales organization in executing the marketing plan.

Lead the Process 360 service culture development within the Halle facility, identify and lead additional customer experience initiatives.

Create, maintain and ensure organizational understanding of leading indicators relative to the health of the franchise.

Maintain marketing relationships with Pharma clients; develop lifecycle management opportunities that create client partnering opportunities; manage Pharma Partner presentations.

Requirements

* 3-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical marketing.
* Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred.
* Service marketing a plus.
* Relevant sales experience (contract manufacturing or healthcare) preferred.
* Oncology experience preferred.
* International experience prefered.

* Focused, highly motivated individual who can combine marketing strategy with an understanding of sales execution to achieve business objectives.

* Relentless focus on driving results and marketing excellence

* Exhibits sound business judgment and is able to critically assess market potential in order to maximize organizational resources (molecule prioritization and facility leverage)

* Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into insights and insights into action

* Ability to understand market trends, competitive shifts and financial data; use this information in strategy development for the franchise

* Able to identify customers needs, current and future offerings for franchise

* Self-starting, hands-on individual who can work independently

* Experience in supporting and monitoring sales efforts

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization

* Excellent written and oral communications skills, demonstrated ability to communicate value propositions to executive level clients; experience presenting to senior management
