Associate Director, Global Marketing - PEG IFN Job Details

This position is responsible for leading the Global Strategy for PEG IFN.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Provide thought leadership for the brand throughout the company and champion the brand throughout the organization
Develop a Launch Plan for PEG IFN
Lead development/update of the 5-year global brand plans
Lead/influence affiliate marketing teams so that the affiliate brand plans are aligned with the 5-year global brand plans
Ensure that the cross-functional teams' activities in support of PEG IFN is aligned with the 5-year global brand plans
Lead development/update of the Life Cycle Plan
Provide commercial thought leadership at the Program Development Team
Partner with finance to develop/update Long Range Forecast and to evaluate business opportunities
Ensure adherence to budgets

This individual will be required to work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead various initiatives:

Required Skills:Creative and strategic thinking; strong leadership and influence skills; excellent communications skills; an analytical approach to business problem solving; strong project management skills; supervisory experience.Experience Required:Seasoned marketing professional, with at least 8 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience.Experience in development and execution of global brand plans is a requirement.Minimum of 5 years biotech/pharma marketing experience.Experience in specialty markets experience a plus.Must be adept at influence management.Must have excellent analytical, strategic thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to work under pressure.Must exhibit leadership skills and ability to perform in fast paced environments. Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team.Strong oral and written communication skills required.
