The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager Breast Aesthetics will primarily work on key breast R& D and GTOPS Enhancement projects. The Senior Manager will fill a vital role as the global marketing representative on cross-functional design control teams charged with developing new products and improving existing ones. The Senior Manager will communicate frequently with Region Marketers to ensure development projects are meeting global commercial requirements.
Another responsibility for the Global Senior Manager Breast Aesthetics is to lead all pre-launch planning for a new products in Breast Reconstruction, including positioning, global branding and packaging design. This position also involves forecasting, budgeting and directing agency partners. Requirements The Requirements:
Four year degree in scientific/technical discipline or business MBA preferred
4-7 years of business experience of which at least half should be in medical device and/or pharmaceutical
Sales/marketing functions. Product launch experience required.
Ability to lead and influence as evidenced by experience as a manager/project leader
Experience and knowledge to work in a matrix environment
Ability to work in a global environment and travel globally (up to 30%)
Strategic thinking and analytical expertise
Strong communication skills
Experience in a global or international marketing position
Experience in working with R&D
Health or Aesthetic marketing experience desired
