The Opportunity:
Global Marketing Manager responsible for supporting the Senior Director of Marketing with consistent and leveraged marketing strategies around the Latisse lifecycle management, including new formulations, packaging evolution and new indications. Works closely with the different functions of the organization to ensure product approvals, commercial viability and optimization. Provides leadership and works in close collaboration with the regional marketing counterparts to create a global positioning, optimize regional opportunities and gain insight into Global Market trends. Interacts with and gain insight into key customers and consumers to better meet their needs, uncover and assess market opportunities Requirements The Requirements:
Four year degree in a business or scientific/technical discipline, MBA desired. 4-7 years of business experience of which at least half should be in pharmaceutical/device Sales/marketing functions. Ability to lead and influence as evidenced by experience as a manager/project leader etc. Experience and knowledge to work in a matrix environment. Ability to work in a global environment and travel globally (up to 30%). Strategic thinking and analytical expertise. Experience in a global or international marketing position. Aesthetic marketing experience. Previous product development/launch experience.
