Product Manager - Sequence Analysis Job Details

Life Technologies is seeking a dynamic individual with life science software product management experience to grow its rapidly-expanding portfolio of sequence analysis applications. The portfolio includes our flagship and award-winning Vector NTI software, the most widely-used sequence analysis application in the industry, as well as growth opportunities in related areas such as next-generation sequencing and synthetic biology. The position of Product Manager involves delivering and managing future software releases, and driving user adoption through marketing, training, and sales.

You will have at least 3 years experience in the use, sale, support and management of commercial bioinformatics software, an MS or PhD (preferred) in molecular biology, genetics, cell biology or biochemistry, and ideally have experience with the use of Vector NTI application. Most importantly, you are creative, dynamic, goal-oriented, results-driven, flexible, and an excellent communicator.
